We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments must have the protective seal intact.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all ZONE3 products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, such as fingernail tears in neoprene or general wear and tear from heavy use.
